					        Requirements :
								 
									Min Diploma & 5 year experience in International Shipping Line business.Max 45 years old, has experience to lead a team.Accustomed to work by result orientedFamilir with document B/L and other shipping documentsAbility to work under pressureCan operate Computer, excel word,Can speak English both oral and written.Detail oriented & ability to multi taskAbility to think strategically and to leadStrong client-facing and communication skillsAdvanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skillsCustomer service orientation
 
								2. HUMAN RESOURCES and GENERAL AFFAIRS 	Responsible to : Direct Report to Finance and Administration Manager	 Responsibilities: 
										Manage overall HR and Administration function : recruitment/retention, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report, visa & work permit and all company licences		Develop and implementation of policies & procedure related to human resources and organizational.		Ensure all company policies  and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law & regulation.		Liaise with external body e.g. department of Manpower, social security (BPJS) etc.		Support current and future business needs through the development of human capital and organizational.		Keep accurate records and documents related to human resources & organization.		Perform jobs as instruct/requirement from Director.	 
					      	
					        Requirements :
								 
										Min Bachelor & minimum 3 years experience as HR & GA executive		Max 38 years old, has experience to lead a team.		People oriented and result driven		Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all level of the company		In-depth knowledge of labor law & regulation, and HR best practice 		Having knowledge of company law & regulation, and asset management.		Can speak English & Mandarin both oral and written.	 
								3. VESSEL OPERATION OFFICER 	Responsible to : Operation Manager	 Responsibilities: 
										Manage vessel operation 		Manage cargo operation		In/out Transhipment procedures, terminal and custom.		Keep accurate records and documents related to Operation Vessel		Perform jobs as instruct/requirement from Operation Manager.	 
					      	
					        Requirements :
								 
										Bachelor and minimum 3 years experience as operation executive/supervisor		Max 35 years old		Have ability to operate inaportnet, ILC system, simopel.		Experience to operate CASP V61		Computer acknowledge		People oriented and result driven		Can speak English is a must, both oral and written.
